How do I build and sell at the same time?
First, a consultation of your goals for building and selling your home
Now, we will pair you with our local lender to get you pre-approved for the budget you are looking to build
Run a market analysis on your home's value
and obtain a payoff statement on your mortgage for your home
Once we have determined your house has plenty of equity to sell, then we will give advice on how we can prep to sell it

We will now provide a timeline for length of time to build and when to list your home
Once approved with our lender, we will now pair you with our in-house architect to get the plans set for your dream home!
At this point, our building process gets in full swing!

When the time is determined right, now we get to list your house on the market
for sale!
Now, we've got your home under contract and we set the closing date for the same estimated day as your
new construction
We put the final touches on your new home and finalize all areas that need to be completed for the sale of your old house
At closing, we will close on your old home first and then give you the keys to your brand new construction home!
